Licenses and Approvals
The Institute of Beauty Culture is a private institution that is approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE).
The Bureau’s approval means that the institution and its operation comply with the minimum standards established under the law for occupational instruction by private postsecondary educational institutions and does not imply any endorsement or recommendation by the State or by the Bureau. Institutional approval is subject to continuing review.
The Institute of Beauty Culture is also an approved school with the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and is approved to teach cosmetology, esthetician, manicuring, and barbering course.
The Institute of Beauty Culture is currently in Candidate Status with the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences (NACCAS).
